October 20 Joe and I greeted Mensa candidates for National Testing Day at the Park Road Red Cross Center, enjoyed a fun Microsoft Picnic, hopped over to Reedy Creek Park & Nature Preserve for the Mensa Pumpkin Carving Contest followed by an impromptu hike with Beth, brought our friend Menh Sam his computer back, freshened up, and ended with an awesome Carolina Pro Musica early music concert at St. Martin's Episcopal.
These pictures feature the mile-loop Dragonfly Pond Trail in back of the Reedy Creek Environmental Center we visited in the Reedy Creek Nature Preserve, which protects over 710 acres in northeast Mecklenburg County.
